How is TREOSULFAN used?

TREOSULFAN should be administered under the guidance of specialist doctor having experience in managing cancer treatments. Recommended dose: Adult dose 3-8 g/m2 IV for one dose on day 1; doses up to 9 g/m2 have been used 10-14 g/m2 IV for one dose on days -6, -5 and-4 prior to stem cell transplantation (total dose per treatment 30-42 g/m If the patient develops certain serious side effects then doctor may interrupt or stop treatment, or reduce the dose.
