How is NULOJIX used?

NULOJIX should be administered under the guidance of specialist doctor having experience in managing cancer treatments. Recommended dose: Initial Dose: 10 mg/kg, intravenously, once daily, on day 1 (day of transplant, prior to implantation) and day 5, and at the end of weeks 2, 4, 8, and 12. Maintenance dose: 5 mg/kg, intravenously, at the end of week 16 and every 4 weeks (plus or minus 3 days) thereafter. If the patient develops certain serious side effects then doctor may interrupt or stop treatment, or reduce the dose.
