Palbace is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of Hormone Receptor (HR)-Positive, (HER-2) Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-2 Negative metastatic as well as advanced breast cancer in combination with:- An Aromatase Inhibitor
- Fulvestrant
Side Effects of Palbociclib
Palbociclib was approved by the FDA to be used in the treatment of breast cancer. It may cause a few side effects:
- Dizziness
- Weakness
- Nosebleed
- Hair thinning
- Rash
- Shortness of Breath
- Infections
- Tiredness
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Loss of Appetite

Palbociclib Dosage
The recommended dose of this medication is Palbociclib 125 mg capsule. It should be taken orally with food, once each day at the same time for 21 consecutive days, followed by 7 days off treatment to complete the cycle of 4 weeks (28 days).
