Uses of medication: Clobetasol propionate is belongs to a corticosteroid and applied to the skin as a cream in order to treat skin conditions such as:

  • eczema
  • contact dermatitis
  • seborrheic dermatitis
  • psoriasis

Dosage: A thin layer of the clobetasol cream should be applied to the affected areas a couple of times in a day and should be rubbed gently.
The clobetasol specifically belongs to a super-high potency topical corticosteroids, so the treatment must be limited to two consecutive weeks and amounts more than 50 g/week should not be used.

  • burning sensation
  • stinging sensation
  • irritation
  • itching

  • skin atrophy
  • cracking of the skin
  • fissuring of the skin
  • erythema

  • numbness of fingers
  • telangiectasia.
