Uses of medication: Cisatra Injection (Cisatracurium Besylate) is a muscle relaxant used during surgeries or for patients on mechanical ventilation. It helps relax muscles by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a chemical needed for muscle movement. This therapeutic drug is used:

  • To help with endotracheal intubation during anesthesia for both adults and children from 1 month to 12 years old.
  • To relax muscles during surgery for children from 2 to 12 years and adults.
  • To assist with mechanical ventilation in the ICU for adults.
