Context: India's Role in Global Pharmaceutical Trade

India ranks 11th globally in pharmaceutical exports by value, shipping medicines to 191 countries. In 2024–25, India's pharmaceutical exports reached approximately USD 30.5 billion — nearly sixteen times the USD 1.9 billion recorded in 2000–01. India accounts for roughly 20 percent of global generic medicine supply by volume, manufacturing across more than 10,500 licensed facilities. This scale is precisely why regulatory clarity matters: a single shipment can involve Indian export law, destination-country import regulation, and international carrier terms simultaneously, and these terms exist to set clear expectations across that chain.

Nature of Services

The Indian Pharma facilitates the export and supply of pharmaceutical products, including generics, oncology drugs, biologics, and specialty medicines, to institutional buyers, distributors, hospitals, and NGOs internationally. All products are supplied for legitimate commercial, institutional, or humanitarian procurement purposes, subject to the import regulations of the destination country. We do not supply retail quantities to individual consumers.

Prescription and Regulatory Compliance

• Many products listed require a valid prescription, import license, or specific regulatory clearance in the destination country before they can be legally imported
• It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm import eligibility, licensing requirements, and product registration status for their specific jurisdiction before placing an order
• The Indian Pharma provides documentation support (COA, COO, WHO-GMP certification, and related materials) but does not guarantee regulatory approval in any specific country, since approval decisions rest entirely with each country's drug regulatory authority

Orders and Pricing

• Product pricing displayed as "On Request" requires a direct enquiry for a verified quote, since actual pricing depends on order quantity, destination country, current manufacturer availability, and applicable logistics costs
• Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product and are confirmed at the quotation stage based on the specific manufacturer sourcing that product
• Orders are confirmed only after documentation verification is complete, including valid prescriptions and import permits where applicable

Shipping and Delivery

• Products are shipped via GDP-compliant, temperature-controlled logistics wherever cold-chain handling is required by the specific product
• Delivery timelines vary based on destination country, the product's specific cold-chain requirements, and customs clearance processes that are outside our direct control
• The Indian Pharma is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, incomplete or inaccurate buyer-provided documentation, or force majeure events including natural disasters, political disruptions, or global logistics disruptions

Limitation of Liability

The Indian Pharma supplies genuine, manufacturer-sourced products accompanied by full quality documentation. We are not liable for misuse, incorrect administration, or storage failures occurring after delivery and outside our direct control — proper storage and administration remain the responsibility of the receiving institution or healthcare provider.
